This is a quick,healthy& a filling salad.
Things you’ll need~
Avocado ~ 2 (sliced)
Tomato ~ 2 (chopped)
Few cherry tomatoes (dice them) or you may even put them in as whole.either way you like them innit.
Red onion ~ (1/2 chopped)
Red cabbage ~ (shred some)
Red bell pepper ~ (1/2 sliced)
Broccoli ~ (1cup of blanched florets)
Mesclun& radicchio (to add up for the greens)
Some lettuce leaf (I prefer loose leaf&butterhead variety)
Handful of dry cranberries
For dressing ~
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2cup Lemon juice
2 garlic cloves (minced)
