I love making a healthy breakfast for my family&myself. So I decided the fusion of salmon with eggs. It was well appreciated by my family,& moreover few of my friends also asked me the recipe for the same. So thought of sharing this quick& nourishing breakfast recipe on my blog. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Recipe Name ~ Smoked salmon, poached eggs with hollandaise sauce on blinis.

Things you will need ~

Main ingredients ~

-1 pound smoked salmon (sliced thin fillets)
-Caviar (1tbsp for garnishing)

How to start ~

-First preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
-Now place the blinis on a baking tray & cover them with a parchment paper. Heat in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
-Keep aside& let them cool.
*For preparing the blinis you can follow the instructions given on the pack*

Now let’s prepare hollandaise sauce ~

Things you’ll need ~

-4 egg yolks
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-3/4 cup butter
-Salt to taste
-1 tea spoon white&black pepper

How to start?
-Add egg yolks in a saucepan, now whisk until it’s lemon yellow& the consistency is thick slightly.
-Now add in the lemon juice &whisk for about a minute.
-Now place the saucepan on medium heat & add the butter, don’t forget to whisk constantly while butter is melting & continue whisking until it’s thick enough.
-Now season with Salt&pepper.
-Keep aside

I’m sure not because cooking is the best meditation. So let’s continue & poach eggs.

-Fill a saucepan with a couple inches of water. Heat the water on high until it reaches a bare simmer and bubbles start appearing at the bottom of the pan, or bring the water to a boil and then lower the heat until the water is at a bare simmer (just a few bubbles coming up now and then)

-Working with the eggs one at a time, crack the egg into a small bowl or cup. Place the bowl close to the surface of the hot water and gently slip the egg into the water. If you want, use a spoon to push some of the egg whites closer to their yolks, to help them hold together. Add all of the eggs you are poaching to the pan in the same way, keeping some distance between them.

-Turn off the heat and cover the pan. Set a timer for 4 minutes. At this point the egg whites should be completely cooked, while the egg yolks are still runny. If you are want firmer egg yolks, you may need to cook them longer.

-Gently lift the poached eggs out of the pan with a slotted spoon and place on a plate.

Okay so let’s start with the presentation.

-Top each blini with a piece of smoked salmon& poached egg.
-Now pour the hollandaise sauce on top.
-Garnish it with caviar& your fav herb.

Overlook of my one serving.
