If you too love blueberries it is always go tos for quick. However if you don’t like berries you can add in something you love. Possibilities are endlessly infinite.

1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup frozen blueberries
Few figs & butter+brown sugar syrup whilst serving.
Direction.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder& sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg &milk. Stir milk& egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter& fold in the blueberries. Set aside for half hour to 45 minutes.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium high heat. scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
