Lately I was astonishingly busy with the clinics, owing to which I couldn’t be active on my blog. Anyhow coming to my blog post today, I will be sharing the recipe of my favourite blueberry pancakes. If you too love blueberries it is always go tos for quick. However if you don’t like berries you can add in something you love. Possibilities are endlessly infinite.
Ingredients you will need.
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup frozen blueberries
Few figs & butter+brown sugar syrup whilst serving.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder& sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg &milk. Stir milk& egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter& fold in the blueberries. Set aside for half hour to 45 minutes.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium high heat. scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
